Funeral Service for Danny Frank Wesson, 53, of Jacksons Gap, Alabama, will be Thursday, March 3, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Langley Funeral Home. Bro. David Moore will officiate. Burial will follow in the Lebanon Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Langley Funeral Home. Danny passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at Lake Martin Community Hospital. He was born on March 10, 1968 in Alexander City, Alabama to Benjamin Franklin Wesson and Margaret Nell Yarbrough Wesson. Danny loved his family dearly, especially his granddaughter and was lovingly known as “Frankie” to them. He was an active member of Lebanon Baptist Church. He was a retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant and served in the Gulf War. Danny enjoyed planting and tending a garden, fishing, Alabama Football, playing softball, golf, and corn hole. He loved to help others with anything they needed at any time. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sissy Wesson; sons, Ryan Wesson (Amanda) and Brandon Wesson; granddaughter, Evelyn Kate Wesson; sister, Tammy Hill; and brother, Michael Wesson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
