I had the pleasure of meeting Andy when I served as Grand Chaplain for the BPOE at our Grand Lodge Convention. We were together several times and his great care for the Order and his attention to all the financial details were impressive.

So sorry to read in the Elks Magazine of his illness and passing. May he rest in peace. Condolences to Ruth and the entire family and fellow Elks.
