Mrs. Barbara White Tidwell's Obituary
Mrs. Barbara White Tidwell, age 65, of Dadeville, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2020 at her residence. She was born on May 30, 1954 in Dadeville, Alabama to Durell White and Dorothy Huff White. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Barbara loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren and was happiest when they were all together. She enjoyed sewing and doing crafts. Barbara enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved sitting on her back porch, reading and planting flowers.
She is survived by her daughters, Farrah Meadors (Shane) of Dadeville and Ashley Payne (Michael) of Auburn; grandchildren, Jalyn Grace Meadors (Preston Dasher) and Brody Garrett Meadors; sister, Susan Turner (Barry) of Alexander City; brothers, Bobby White of Birmingham and Ronnie White of Alexander City; nephew, Brandon Turner (Amber), Garrett White and Hunter Baker; nieces, Sela White and Ana White; great-nephew, Levi Turner; and great-niece, Adalynn Turner.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband of 20 years, Willie Tidwell.
A private service will be held for the family.
