Mr. Carlis T. Caudill's Obituary
A Celebration of Life for Mr. Carlis Theodore "Ted" Caudill, 83, of Dadeville, will be Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 11:00 am at Trinity Lutheran Church. Pastor Corey Grunklee will officiate. A private inurnment will take place at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.
Ted passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at his residence. He was born on July 26, 1939 in Oceana, West Virginia to Lee Caudill and Zetta Brooks Caudill. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Ted was Chief of the Still Waters Fire Department and an EMT. He was also a volunteer for Moore's Mill Golf Course and the Barbisol PGA Event at Robert Trent Golf Course. Ted was a board member for Living Waters Church on Still Waters Resort. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for 21 years as a System Analyst. He served in the Vietnam War and awarded a Purple Heart, Bronze Star, and the Meritorious Service Medal.
He is survived by his daughters, Melanie Caudill, Danealle (Glenn) Arrington; and grandson, Carl Edward Arrington.
He was preceded in death by his wife, LindaLee Caudill; parents, Lee and Zetta Caudill; and brothers, Benny Caudill, Robert Caudill.
