Mrs. Edith Young Fuller's Obituary
A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Edith Young Fuller, 83, of Dadeville, Alabama will be Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Dadeville First United Methodist Church. Rev. Stuart Worth will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Fuller passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023 at Crowne Health Care of Greenville. She was born on January 16, 1940 in Dadeville, Alabama to Claud Young and Julia Echols Young. Edith married the love of her life, Donald K Fuller in 1959. She later graduated from Auburn University with BS in Education and later received her Masters from AUM and spent many years as a Media Specialist in Alabama Schools. Edith loved Lake Martin and was a Realtor here for over 30 years.
She is survived by her son, Donald K. Fuller, Jr. (Rhonda); grandchildren, Tripp Fuller (Cortney), Christopher Fuller, and Chandler Fuller; great-grandchildren, Christine Fuller, Carson Fuller and Drew Fuller; sisters, Nancy Worth and Julianne Freeman; and sisters-in-law, Eddie Ruth Fuller, Martha Nell Fuller and Jewell Harris.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Donald K. Fuller, Sr.; son, David Fuller; parents; and brother, Claud Young, Jr.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dadeville First United Methodist Church or Church of Living Waters at StillWaters.
