Mrs. Elizabeth was the sweetest, cutest, beautiful lady. I loved watching her play the piano, she enjoyed it so much. Every Sunday I would make my way over to the piano just to get a visit with her. Go rest high and play that piano loud.

Martin, my heart goes out to you and your family during this time, believe me I know how you feel . My prayers are with you.

Mrs. Greer was a lovely lady. What a blessing she was. To Tawana and all of her loved ones, I want you to know you are in my prayers. I will be praying for all of you in the days ahead as you grieve the loss of your precious loved one. Please know I care. May you feel God's loving presence around you during this difficult time. "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His Saints."

Just close your eyes and imagine a small 3 three bedroom house , 6 children and the often additional drop in extra kids, all rambunctious and running in and out of the house and there was Ms. Elizabeth and Martin, never turned away another mouth at the table, always gave a place to rest their head after a long day. That was the normal everyday occurrence at the Greer household. I have many fond and wonderful memories of coming by and her saying grab a seat and grab a plate, there was never any judgements, just open arms to great and treat you as one of her own. Even as an adult after moving away, I would always make it a point to stop by and see Elizabeth and Martin and she would always ask about my life and was always interested in my wellbeing. I am sad today for the family and I also rejoice in the fact , that she has a new body and she is sitting at the table with the lord and is enjoying the company of her loved ones who had gone on before her. I will always cherish the wonderful and loving memories I have of Elizabeth, a loving, caring and gentle soul. May she rest in peace.

I love, love , love this precious woman. I watched her play piano of at least 12 years every Sunday at Calvary Baptist Church. She was truly a Christian woman, friend, and all around wonderful mother, wife, and friend. I know she is in the presence of our Lord Jesus now. I am sure her crown in Heaven is heavy. She earned it. No more pain and no more suffering now Mrs. Elizabeth. You have won your race and victory is yours. RIP sweet friend. I will see you soon. Kathy
