Funeral services for Helen Patterson of Dadeville will be at Red Ridge Methodist Church, Monday, July 23, 2012, at 11 AM. Burial will be in the Red Ridge Cemetery. Rev. Steve Langley will officiate. Visitation from 5 PM- 7 PM Sunday, July 22, 2012, at Langley Funeral Home. Mrs. Patterson was born on June 4, 1918, to the late Charlie and Ada Campbell Monroe and passed away on July 20, 2012, at the age of 94. She was preceded in death by her husband Voncile Patterson and daughter Margie Patterson. She is survived by daughter Betty (Ray) Benton of Opelika, AL; daughter Jessie Mae (James) Smith of Opelika, AL; daughter Annie Sue Baker of Dadeville, AL; son Mickey (Vicke) Patterson of Dadeville, AL; son John (Brenda) Patterson of Havre De Grace, MD; son Willie (Faye) Patterson of Dadeville, AL; son Billy Patterson of LaFayette, AL; twelve grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
