Mr. Jackie Milton Lamb's Obituary
Services for Mr. Jackie Milton Lamb, 76, of Dadeville, Alabama, will be held at Lake Pointe Baptist Church on Friday, September 30, 2016. Visitation will be at 10:00 am and the memorial service at 11:00 am.
Mr. Lamb passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at his residence. He was born on November 28, 1939 in Huntsville, Alabama to Luther Lamb and Gladys Anderson Lamb. He was an active member of Lake Pointe Baptist Church. He loved his family and spending time with them. Jackie enjoyed serving his church family and others in the community with anything they needed.
He is survived by his wife, Karen M. Lamb of Dadeville; daughter, Lori Sloan of Lacey’s Spring, AL; son, Bruce Lamb (Rachel) of Leeds, AL; grandchildren, Natalie Lamb, Katherine Lamb, Morgan Sloan, Dylan Sloan; great-grandchild, Jonah Reeves; sister, Jean Lee; several nieces and nephews, and close friend, Dan Butler.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Lake Pointe Baptist Church Building Fund, 8352 Hwy 50, Dadeville, AL, 36853 or to the charity of one’s choice.
