Mrs. Janice Gale White's Obituary
Funeral service for Mrs. Janice Gale White, 64, of Dadeville, will be Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Chapel of Langley Funeral Home. Rev. Rusty Hearn will officiate. Burial will follow in the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Langley Funeral Home.
Mrs. White passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at her residence. She was born on December 21, 1948 in Opelika, Alabama to Andrew Jackson Baker and Annie Laura Bell Jones Baker. She had attended Fellowship Baptist Church. She worked as a sales clerk at Western Auto and Moore's Hardware for over 20 years. Mrs. White loved her dogs and cats and watching westerns on television. She dearly loved her grandchildren and was a very giving, unselfish person.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Mac White of Dadeville; daughters, Jelene Duck (Michael) and Connie Huff (JoJo) both of Dadeville; grandchildren, Ansley Duck, Logan Duck, and Josh Huff; brothers, Ronnie Baker (Marylee) of Romney, WV and Walter Baker of Jackson's Gap; several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nephews, and great nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will accept flowers or contributions may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, 1403 Buttston Rd., Dadeville, AL, 36853.
