Mrs. Robbie Jean Duck's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Robbie "Jean" Duck, 76, of Dadeville, Alabama, will be Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 3:00 pm at the Chapel of Langley Funeral Home. Bro. Bobby Duck and Bro. Wallace Mann will officiate. Burial will follow in the Eagle Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Langley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Duck passed away on Monday, July 17, 2017 at her residence. She was born on March 28, 1941 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to Rayford Pearson Davis and Bertha Irene Walls. She was an active member of Elder Congregational Christian Church. Mrs. Jean was a very loving family woman who enjoyed spending countless hours with her family. Her interests were singing, crocheting, gardening, quilting, and fishing.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Aaron G. Duck of Dadeville; sons, Jessie Lee Duck (Sandie) of Jacksons Gap, Jack Winfield Duck (Sandra) of Dadeville; grandchildren, Brade Winfield Duck, Joshua Jessie Duck; brother, Jerry Whetstone (Kim); sister, Paula Leatherwood (Doc).
She was preceded in death by her sons, John Aaron Duck, James Edward Duck; parents and granddaughter, Jamie Lee Duck.
