Mr. Jimmy Lee Waldrep's Obituary
Graveside Service for Mr. Jimmy Lee Waldrep, 75, of Dadeville, will be Friday, April 6, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Lebanon Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Ned Duck will officiate and Veteran Honors will be provided by the Alexander City Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Langley Funeral Home.
Mr. Waldrep passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. He was born on July 31, 1942 in Lanett, Alabama to Howard Waldrep and Ruth Fuller Gresham.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Waldrep; daughters, Cindy Tapley Miles and Wendy Tapley Landers; sons, Joe Waldrep (Beth), Pete Waldrep, Melvin Waldrep and David Tapley; eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sister, Teresa Freeman; brother, Tommy Gresham (Becky); and sister-in-law, Wanda Waldrep.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Bobby Jack Waldrep and Donald Wayne Waldrep.
