Mr. John Farrel Adamson Sr.'s Obituary
Funeral Service for Mr. John Farrel Adamson Sr., 27, of Jackson's Gap, Alabama, will be Monday, October 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Langley Funeral Home. Pastor Ronny Jennings will officiate. Burial will follow in the Bethel Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday October 2, 2017 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Langley Funeral Home.
Mr. Adamson passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Lake Martin Community Hospital. He was born on June 28, 1990 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Jack Christopher Adamson and Regina Diane Wood. He attended New Covenant Church. Mr. Adamson was a very giving man who loved his family and friends dearly. He enjoyed listening to rap music, spending time with friends and making people laugh.
He is survived by his sons, John "J.J" Farrel Adamson Jr., Adarian Isaiah Adamson; father, Jack Christopher Adamson (Paulette) of Jacksons Gap; mother, Regina Diane Wood of Jacksons Gap; sister, Sarah Ann Wood-Adamson; brother in law, Shannon Davis; brother, Christopher Arron Adamson; sister, Cherokee Virginia Autumn Wood; grandparents, Lucy Adamson, Horace Cooper Wood, Ellen Wood; uncles, Charles Keith Adamson (Bridget), David Cory Adamson; aunt, Barbara Jane King (Stephen) and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Shannon Davis, Carey Mitchell, Jonathan Strickland, Justin Reeder, Chase Reeder and Corey Collier. Honorary pallbearer leading the casket will be Christopher Adamson.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Farrel Adamson; grandmother, Virginia Rachel Wood; uncle, Johnny Wood and aunt, Beverly Wood.
