Mr. Orr III passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at his residence. He was born on November 20, 1954, in Lafayette, Alabama to John Kyle Orr Jr. and Margaret Gresham Jackson. He was an active member of Camp Hill Baptist Church.
Kyle married his high school sweetheart and for 49 years they shared a wonderful life. Kyle loved his friends and family. He loved learning what was going on in their lives. He was looking forward to watching his great-granddaughter grow up.
He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed hunting and had a green thumb when it came to gardening. His love for the outdoors led him to always have a plentiful garden that he enjoyed sharing with his friends and family. He loved to cook and grill and was famous for his mashed potatoes. Fall was his favorite time of the year, and he always had a big family and friends day in November where they gathered and shared his wonderful Brunswick stew. Kyle was always teasing family and friends and always had a quick smile for them. Most of all Kyle was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who instilled values and faith in his family and shared his love of the Lord with all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife Sheree Orr; sons, Matthew Kyle (Lisa) Orr, Mark Edward (Starr) Orr; grandchildren, Dylan (Claire) Orr, Jacob Orr, Landon Orr, Dax Orr, Drake Orr; great-granddaughter, Tatum Orr; sister, Carolyn (Mac) Alexander; nephews, Mac Alexander, Seth (Brittany) Alexander and host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
