Mrs. Margaret Nell Wesson's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Margaret Nell Wesson, 71, of Jackson's Gap, Alabama, will be Friday, July 7, 2017 at 2:30 pm at the Chapel of Langley Funeral Home. Rev. Charlie Horton will officiate. Burial will follow in the Jackson's Gap Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Langley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Wesson passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at East Alabama Medical Center. She was born on May 5, 1946 in Dadeville, Alabama to Olvin Eugene Yarbrough and Irene Haynes Harris. She was a member of Dadeville Church of Christ. Mrs. Nell loved being outside, attending yard sales, cooking, but most of all being with her family was her greatest joy.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Benjamin Franklin Wesson of Jackson's Gap; children, Danny Wesson (Sissy) of Jackson’s Gap, daughter, Tammy Hill of Jackson’s Gap, and Michael Wesson of Jackson’s Gap; grandchildren, Ryan Wesson (Amanda), Brandon Wesson, Lindsey Wesson, and Bailey Wesson; great-granddaughter, Evelyn Kate Wesson; brother-in-law, Leroy Caldwell of Jackson’s Gap; nieces and nephews, Steve Caldwell, Audra McClure (Chris), Lecia McGlaughn, Donna Robbins, Gary Caldwell, and Jeremy Caldwell-Whaley; and numerous cousins and other family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Joyce Yarbrough Caldwell; and brother, Thomas "Red" Yarbrough.
