Norma J. Siggers Smith
Norma J. Siggers Smith, born March 22, 1923, in Shawmut, Chambers Couty, AL to parents James Marion Siggers and Edna Bassett Siggers and died May 1, 2012, at The Bethany House Auburn, AL. She was preceded in death by husband, Paul Warren Smith. She is survived by a daughter, Paula Smith Heller (Brooks) and one grandson, James Norman Randall. Mrs. Smith moved to Dadeville, AL in 1997 from Dothan, AL. She and Paul lived most of their lives in Dothan. Mrs. Smith attended the Calvary Baptist Church. She was employed and retired from Warner Company. Preceded in death by siblings Leo A. Siggers, Junior Siggers and Margie Siggers Best. She is survived by a brother Edwin Siggers of Norfolk, VA as well as a niece and several nephews. Mrs. Smith loved her family and her special friend Evelyn Whittle. She was happiest when she could enjoy time with them. Visitation wiil be Wednesday, May 2, 2012, from 5 PM- 7 PM CST at Langley Funeral Home in Camp HIll, AL. Graveside services will be Thursday, May 3, 2012, at Fairfax Cemetery at 11 AM CST with Rev. Terry Herring officiating.
