Graveside Service for Mr. Robert Paul Chicha, 50, of Alexander City, Alabama will be Friday, May 19, 2023 at 3:30 pm at the Hillview Memorial Park. Pastor Guy Hannum will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Langley Funeral Home.
Paul passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at his residence. He was born on December 27, 1972 in Birmingham, Alabama to Nicholas John Chicha and Bobbie Warren Chicha. Paul was an Army Veteran and served during the Kosovo War with the 101st Airborne Unit 502RIN BN 3 CO A. He also worked as an EMT and Police Officer for Alexander City. Paul loved X-box gaming, shooting guns, and visiting with his family.
He is survived by his mother, Bobbie Mendez; son, Corey Aaron Harris; sisters, Beverly Renee Werner and Rachel Nicole Dean (Lewis); nieces, Angelica Miranda, Lydia Collazo, Tiffany Garrett, Morgan Patterson, and Abigail Dean; nephews, Alexander Miranda, Matthew Dean, and Timothy Dean; and several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
