Mrs. Sadie Ruth Goodner's Obituary
A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Sadie Ruth Goodner, 60, of Dadeville, will be Friday, November 16, 2018 at 5:00 pm at the New Covenant Church. Pastor Ronny Jennings will officiate.
Mrs. Goodner passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at her residence. She was born on January 4, 1958 in Lepanto, Arkansas to Edward Chaney Sr. and Audrie McGee Chaney. She loved her family dearly. Sadie worked at Oskars on Lake Martin for 17 years. Sadie enjoyed painting, flowers, nature, outdoors, Lake Martin, and Christmas. She was also an honorary member of Silver Chicks.
She is survived by her daughters, Tenisha Gordon and Rebecca Goodner; sons, Jonathan Goodner (Tammy) and Alexander Goodner; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Dyann Newman, Telitha Irby, Johnnie Cadle, Darlene Neuimere and Donna Skinner; brothers, Edward Chaney Jr., Lee Chaney and Lonnie Chaney.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Lola Chaney.
