Mr. Steven Donnell "Don" Clark's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mr. Don Clark, 69, of Notasulga, Alabama, will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Langley Funeral Home. Pastor Tim Smith will officiate. Burial will follow in the Sandy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 12:30pm until 1:30pm at Langley Funeral Home.
Steven Donnell Clark, known as "Don" by friends and family, was born on May 9, 1955 in Lafayette, Alabama, to Mr. Grady Levi Clark and Mrs. Evie Nell Morris Clark. He was a kind, honest, and compassionate man that was loved by all. Don enjoyed anything outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was a fiercely loyal friend who never missed the chance to spend time with his people, listen to good music, and watch Auburn football. Don was a devoted family man, father, and "Pops" to his grandchildren. He was the kind of person that you never saw without a smile on his face, and that smile will be forever remembered by those who knew him.
Don is survived by his children, John (Haley) Clark, Krissie (Jeff) Daughtry; grandchildren, Jackson Daughtry, Kassidy Daughtry, Tristian Johnson, Garrett Johnson, Karlyn Nell Clark, BryLee Khloe Clark; sisters, Jane Caldwell, Sandra (John) Patten; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Rebekah Joy Troutman; parents, Grady & Nell Clark; sister, Joyce Clark Pollard; and brothers, John Morris Clark and Grady Wayne "Butch" Clark.
