Mr Watt Jackson "Jack" Kirk's Obituary
Watt Jackson (Jack) Kirk passed away on April 17, 2020 at the age of 91. He was born in Cullman, Alabama on September 5, 1928 to the late Hoytt and Augusta Kirk. After high school and serving several years in the Air Force, Jack began working for the federal government at the Pentagon in Washington DC. He married Patricia Camp in 1948. In 1971 they moved to Montgomery, Alabama where he worked at Gunter Air Force base until his retirement. Jack was active in his church and worked with the volunteer police in Montgomery. He loved hunting, fishing and bee keeping.
Mr. Kirk is survived by his wife of 71 years, Patricia Kirk; daughters, Kathy (Jeff) Harte and Carolyn Rowe; sister, Shirley Smith; grandchildren, Elisabeth (Mark) Ingram, Meredith (Todor) Penev, Trey (Erica) Rowe, Tyler Rowe and three great grandchildren. His fourth great grandchild is expected in June.
Arrangements for a memorial service will be announced at a later date. Donations may be sent in memory of Jack Kirk to Dalraida United Methodist Church at 3817 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery AL 36109.
